Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations of orders after the product has been shipped, produced, or collected from suppliers.
We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
You cannot cancel the order after paying the invoice value. You can modify or delete the order only before paying the invoice value.
In the event that some products are not available in the suppliers’ stock, the buyer has the right to choose alternative products with the same value of the remaining amount. In the event that he does not wish to choose alternative products, the remaining amount is deposited in the buyer’s account on the ISTABUY application.
We are not responsible for the unavailability of products in the event of delay in payment of the invoice value or delay due to the international transfer policy or other problems on the part of the buyer.
Returns & Exchange
We accept return or exchange of products.
Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
What is your return & exchange policy?
1- We are gladly accept returns or exchange within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Please contact us no later than 7 days after you have received your parcel.
After this time we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange request will be accepted.
2- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories .
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
3- Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services
( like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar ). By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process in Turkey.
4- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
5- Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.
6- If The package incurs any import duty when arrive in Turkey Custom ,
We will email you and tell you how much is it which need to be shouldered by your side .
7- Please email us [email protected] the below information once you process the return.
Order Number ; Total pieces of the return items ( Include the item code ) ;
Tracking Number ; Shipping Company ;
8- Only when we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
9- In case of a damaged, defected products, the end customer should ship them to our company, the shipping fees will be paid from the customer's side. After receiving the products, we do the refund after confirming the damage pointed by the customer is correct.
10-Istabuy is not responsible for any damage that happens to the goods after they leave Turkey, for instance in a case of a flood, earthquake, tornado, or any type of natural disasters that might happen outside of Turkey.
